D'oh! No dist/repo tag. It's exactly the same version-release as rpmfusion's package: ffmpeg-libs-2.8.3-1.fc23.x86_64 That's really lame from the makers of that repo. We've been warning about repository mixing problems for years! This is the worst case that can happen.
