I suppose I would edit the repo file and change

mirrorlist=http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-$releasever&arch=$basearch

to this

mirrorlist=http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-22&arch=$basearch
