Here is the URL: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1234210 But I am misremembering: this advice was on this list whose other advice enabled me to build the package: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/users/2015-May/460713.html I asked Philip to make the package and he pointed me to the pypi.org "authoritative source" before he disappeared. But the changes submitted as as a response to BZ review appear not to make the package work. Reverting it back does.
