If only installers would use the same ESP and
elilo/grub/gummiboot/syslinux/systemd-boot would pick up
root/kernel/cmdline/initrd options from "/boot/loader/entries/" or
"/boot/efi/loader/entries/" or "/boot/efi/EFI/loader/entries/"...
