4.1.4 works fine on my HP dv7 4287cl mid2010. However previous 4.1.x kernels were behaving odd in the sense that right after booting up the system I had a sustained CPU load of ~1.5 - what drove me crazy and pushed me to try the 4.1.4 kernel at that time in testing.
So far, nothing else to report.
