The question is vague, can you be more specific? Is this drive encrypted and you're talking about the encryption passphrase? Or you're talking about the login passphrase? If the former, there is no way to break that encryption. If the latter, then just mount it normally and copy off what you want to keep - you don't even need to do this with live media, any Fedora installation can do this and bypass the user login.
