That's OK; it's just letting you know that you didn't have one before.
Have you looked into it?  The important part of it for Nvidia is this:

Section "Device"
     Identifier  "Videocard0"
     Driver      "nvidia"
EndSection

In fact, as far as video goes, that should be all you need.
