Hi, by a sad coincidence, it seems that two completely different projects provide executables with the same name. For the moment the only way to bypass this conflict is to choose the less useful package for you between qtoctave and libquicktime-utils, to remove it and try a new update. A bug report to the qtoctave developer may be welcome too, since the libquicktime project was the first to provide an executable named "qtinfo". You should also warn the Fedora qtoctave packager and the RPM Fusion libquicktime packager on their respective Bugzillas about this issue.
