Hello, does somebody know, what is the current situation regarding soft dependencies in Fedora?
OpenSuse already supports them (http://en.opensuse.org/Software_Management/Dependencies) and according the link http://stick.gk2.sk/blog/2009/10/rpm-summit-at-the-opensuse-conference-2009/ it should be supported by Fedora/RedHat as well.
