Asterisk is the best option using a .call file which can be processed from kannel in a curl statement.
Execute a curl statement to write the .call file and include the appropriate channel and headers. Then make sure you have a dialplan to handle the incoming context. 20191017 05270220191017 182702 Lloyd Gallagher LLB. Famous commercial systems are Aspect Unified IP and Avaya. You should be able to do this with Asterisk which is an open source platform (https://www.asterisk.org/). Cheers.
