There is an AT command that will make the modem eco the calling party to
kannel log. Sorry didn't recall it now.
Kannel does not have any feature that does what you want. So you need to
work a little...
- In order to see caller information you need to enable debugging log. You
might also want to hack kannel so this specific message is shown in other
log level.
- You need a realtime log parser to catch this so you can take actions
accordingly. Else you can cron a log parser to get that info
