Hey there,

Your enquire link is massive .. I have seen this before (I think - from
memory) when a second submit happened waiting for a (N)ACK. This occur
in a test environment and did cause some confusion for awhile - it was
traced back to an unusual config setting. 

Can you drop enquire link and timeout back to default and re-test? I'll
check and see if I have a back-up of old config related to the issue to
see if it's similar.
