Note that the dlr is a "specially crafted" sms therefore it consumes
bandwidth. Each dlr, including intermediate ones, counts -in terms of
throughput- as one message. This is more noticeable when using modems.

Also, as such the dlr handling consumes system resources.

Therefore you should carefully select which dlrs you are interested in.
