Hi Amit, I guess there is a mismatch between your 2 SMSC ids (MT and MTS). A record with smsc="MT" is stored by Kannel when the MT SMS is submitted. But Kannel searches for a record with smsc="MTS" when the DLR is received. Can't you setup a SMPP transceiver bind (instead of 2 separate binds) since you use SMPP 3.4?
