garbled message

Hi All,

I am trying to send a message with XML post to smssender:

As you can see the msg becomes gibberish.

I have tried all coding [0,1,2] nothing worked.

If there is any non-numberic chars in the message everything works.

It also doesn't seem to be SMSC dependent since I have tired different 
providers all the same result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
