integrate kannel to openss7

Hi,

I need to send sms directly to the MSC so It doesn't need to connect to the 
SMSC the problem is that kannel doesn't implement SS7  so did anyone know if 
openss7 project of integration kannel is finish or is it available if not any 
one have any suggestion ??????
