Specify where does you find the speed to be slow.
Depending on where it is the solution would be different. Nevertheless,
there might be multiple adjustments to be done.
- hadrware cpu/memory issue
- mysql configuration/optimization
- network bandwidth/congestion issue
- smsc configuration/contract limit/window size
- kannel cconfiguration
- etc etc
