Hello I'm facing the following problem: An end user send a MO and this one was rejected by the ESME (identified by the following message deliver_sm_resp FAILED). The MO is blocked in the SMPP Box. So Kannel is trying to send continously this MO. I changed the Kannel configuration by adding the two following properties: sms-resend-retry and sms-resend-freqAnd I saw in Kannel's logs that the properties was correctly set.
I expected that once Kannel reach sms-resend-retry attempts separated by sms-resend-freq seconds the MO will be discard It seems that it's not the case because the ESME still receive the MO Can someone explain how can I change Kannel's configuration to obtain the expected behavior described above ?
