My messages are not being delivered and I am getting the following error Not ACKED message found, will retransmit. When I do a tcpdump (attached) I can see the a lot of TCP Retransmission messages from my service provider followed by SMPP Enquire_link, Unbind Can someone assist me to figure out what is going on?
