Limit of get-url requests per second

Can anyone tell me that whats the limit of get-url requests per second in
kannel

I am using Linux server Centos of 4gb RAM 4 core and 64 bit and sending a
message of 160 characters

I am using Kannel bearerbox version `svn-r5104'
