Hi
We submit our sms' to smsbox using http posts. That sends the sms' to
our bearerbox instances.
The bearerbox instances send the SMS' to the networks smscs for dispatch.
The networks we connect to have different throttles on our smpp
accounts. We set these throttles
on in our smsc config files but it seems to me that the throttling is
applied to the smsbox, not the traffic
going to the upstream smsc. we get throttling output like throughput
limit exceeded (20.00,20.00) where the
throttle on our smsc is 20 and throughput limit exceeded (19.00,19.00)
where the throttle is set to 19.
Any ideas what I should be doing to get this right?
