Hello,

I have had such problem and this CMS ERROR 500 is not described as it should be.

This is an error that has nothing with Kannel but with AT commands of your modem.

If your problem looks like this one bellow, read further. If not, search mailing lists.

Problem: You can send SMS from your mobile phone to Kannel (MO), and Kannel replies OK?? You cannot send SMS using Kannel (MT), right ???

If this is so, just forget about "SIM storage is full" and other things, probably that part is OK.

Start bearerbox with high level of logging such is "-v 0" and try to see where is your message that you try to send. It is not as text but in PDU mode. If you check that pdu message with some online tool for PDU to text converter, you will see that your PDU translation of your message is not correct (sender, receiver, service center number are mixed up).

If you try to send message using URL, post that URL here and maybe someone will help to make it right.

Before you try to do any futher tests you have to delete two files: kannel.store and kannel.store.bak This way you will remove incorrect sms-es from your system. System will recreate those two files on next startup....

Hi.

Kannel can not send messages beacuse Sim storage is full. How can I fix it?
