Check following: - Does your operator allow alphanumeric masking for your LA? - Are your TON/NPI settings matching the ones given by the operator? Is 00351xxxxxx the right format for recipient numbers? Try sending to 351xxxxxx (00 is attached by SMSC itself, depending upon TON/NPI settings).
