Is there any documentation available how to format such an SMS that upon receipt of SMS, will write the APN Setting to an Android handset? Assume it will be some binary SMS, and Android will obey some OMA standard or some spec. Any experience in this territory by anyone on this list and how to pursue building such an SMS to send via kannel and test receipt and if it writes to an Android device the APN? It can be achieved if we had a local app as a listener on device, but the requirement is not to have such a listener .apk and work natively by the default device itself. Thanks G
