Hi, While submitting message to SMSC for delivering, which coding scheme would be most efficient for SMSC? e.g. UTF-8, UCS-2, etc. I need to find the coding for which SMSC could not have to do a lot of re-work in decoding and then forwarding the message to the subscriber.
