Yes, there are several options. Most people prefer to use sqlbox for that.
There is also the utils/mtbatch, but is more difficult because you have to
specify a lot of parameters as arguments. A lot of people have a web front
end for the client to setup sms campaigns and then use custom php scripts
through cron to send the batches.

Thanks for your reply, But is there any where Kannel take Bulk/Bacth request
of Sending SMS.
I mean, if i have to send 10 SMS, I need to Call the kannel URL 10 Times. So
if there is any way by which kannel take request of 10 SMS in one go.

No, it cannot accept XML Post in the regular sense of the world. It will
accept Post requests using X-kannel-headers. Read UG about it.
