how to relay sms using playsms

Hi friend,
 
thx a lot for ur reply, by ur guidance i had installed playsms, and i am able 
to open http://localhost/playsms.
 
now plz guide me how should i send sms outside should i connect my mobile 
through USB cable or should i purchase some sms. 
 
need ur guidance friend.
