depending on the rpm, you might or not have support for mysql.

In case it does, kannel uses for dlr handling. It does not permanently
store messages, so you need to build that by yourself. You can use
sqlbox plugin for DB long term message store and for feeding/receiving
MT/MO to/from kannel
