Hello Brothers Kannel, to reseive french characters correctly my smsc ask me
to send sms using DCS = 1and ESM = 0. How can i do that ?
For many smsc i used percent encoding and i received correctly french
characters but dcs in this case is set automatically to 3 by kannel and this
smsc refuse that value.
