1.- Is it possible to connect with multiple SMC Providers using the SMPP 3.4 at the same time? 2.- Is it possible to setup inbound and outbound rules for SMS Delivery? For instance choose the closer SMC provider to deliver certain message based in destination MDN. 3.-Is it possible to store in and out SMS's in a database?
