Hi Alvaro, It's a prepaid sim but I've just bought it recently so the balance is still very good. I did try to add CMEE=1/2 to the init-string but the modem didn't show any difference. Once I restarted kannel, everything worked normally. The messages that had been stuck in the queues were delivered successfully since then.
