I heard about meta-data issue in sqlbox but I use external queue processor that allows load balancing between separate accounts and also allows me to integrate gateways incompatible with Kannel (SMTP, SOAP, etc).
Seems like Alejandro planned SQLBox update that will fix compatibility.
