Please download + read the user's guide from the site.
For wap only operation you just need bearerbox + wapbox. Sources, and binary
distros, come with a lot of configuration examples, and so does the guide.
Bear in mind that kannel is used nowdays mostly for sms, and wap development
has stopped. There are issues with SSL behind another gateway/proxy,
Cookies, and wtls which I plan to contribute shortly. It is also only a wap
1.x gateway (2.0 not supported).
I am sorry, can't help you with Tetra configuration. You best contact
Motorolla for that.
