Delivery notification operation

Hello List,

I'm using Kannel 1.4.1 on EMI/UCP protocol.

Does anyone know if Kannel supports Delivery notification operation.

I was guided by the Operator to use 

       Nrq                Notification Request                     set with 
value "1"

             NT                  Notification Type                            
set with value "3"

What is the flow for sending the notification, and how do I recevice the answer.
