If you do use smsc=fon_9918 when posting your message to kannel and you
have defined smsc_id=fon_9918 and allowed-smsc=fon_9918 it should work. 

Note that if you do use allowed_smsc, you should add
allowed-smsc/denied-smsc to ALL your smsc definitions in order to work
correctly.
