at the moment Kannel assumes that either route via prefix or via assigned
smsc-id.
The later means, an smsc-id is provided as destination target already from the
logic calling the smsbox HTTP interface (sendsms).
This means from an architecture point of view. The external calling entity is in
charge to do MNP resolving and provide the "right route".
Technically I'm having some plans to add a msg struct control flow layer within
bearerbox, which allows to "hook in" own plugins with extra logic. This could be
used to extend bearerbox's usage scope.
Think of Apache module API, something like that.
