  Ok, I can do that, but there is a chance to lose messages that are
  not out of date. I guess there's no way to parse store-file and
  delete certain messages.
  In my case I can see 2 Kannel issues:
  1. Why message stays in store-file
  2. Why Kannel resends out of date messages from store-file on restart
