Hello, I am looking for a set of tools that I can construct an SMSC with and I came across the kannel project. I don't actually know a whole lot about SMS so I was hoping to solicit this answer out of this group.
Do the capabilities exist in kannel to run an SMSC? Does kannel have the ability to talk to an MSC? Thanks. -Daniel
