I have set allowed-smsc-id and denied-smsc-id, but still the messages were
sent by both the smscs. I used denied-prefix in the smsc group
configuration, it is working correctly.

On the SMSC that you want to receive only, set the allowed-smsc-id to
be something other than the smsc-id that you specify when submitting
messages. Then no message will be sent via the smsc.
