1. where to find cgi-bin folder and sendsms program ? 2. we found one sendsms program (written in python i suppose) do we need a compiler for the same, if yes where to find the compiler.. and how to deploy it.. 3. DO we need a separate web-server in between client sending sms through http and the kannel gateway..
