Actually I turned these to WARNING in the CVS HEAD code, since it's not an error
state IMO. You don't have to worry about these, since they are SMSC specific
optional fields, that are not described in the official SMPP v3.4 specs.
Can you get a spec from the SMSC vendor what these values from the reserved
optional TLV range are?
We may consider adding "pluggable" SMPP vendor optional modules if they make
sense.
