Dear all,
I have yet another problem with one of the operators I have
connected to my kannel box. They keep sending me UCS2 encoded messages which
have as the first character of the UCS2 string the length of the string. I
haven't been able to find anywhere any mention of that behavior in any SMPP
specification, and yet the manufacturer of the SMSC keeps on claiming that this
is valid behavior ... any clues ?? any leads and help would be highly
appreciated ...
