Hello Linda, there are a few things I think is being mis-understood. 1. sending to your short number should be done from your phone. 2. the sendsms script is not in you standard Apache distribution.
check list: 1. do u have a connection to the SMSC? 2. if 1. = true a. http://mysmsbox.host.name:13013/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=foo&password=bar&to=012345678&text=hello 2. if 1 = false a. send us an editted copy of your config file.
