Why not just ask the opertor what the proprietary SMPP error code means
for his/her SMPP server?
For possible reasons why the deliver might fail:
- The queue on the SMSC for that destination address might be full.
- The destination address might not be valid anymore.
- The dip into the mobile number portability database did not
return a valid home mobile network operator (MNO) for the
destination address.
- The MNO has been instructed to block SMS coming from your
orgination address by the owner of the destination address.
- mBlox no longer supports sending SMS to the home MNO of the
destination address
Again, you cannot easily resolve this issue without asking mBlox
what an error_code 0x0000041d in a submit_sm_resp means. They
(or their SMPP server vendor) would be the only ones that can
tell you what that error_code really means.
