Hi Mattew, To get the message-id, i dont think we have a provision in the kannel to get it, but there is a way if UR SMSC provides the message-id in the deliver report, for the msg submitted to the SMSC, then u can ask for a deliver report for the msg submited and then store the msg-id from the deliver report sent by UR SMSC.
