Separate the mobile numbers by a "+" for the "to" part of the URL. Make
sure to urlencode the "+" as %2B.

This brings up a question: How do you send to multiple International
recipients, for example, sending to +502 9384756 (Guatamala) and +48
937928928 (Poland).

to=%2B5029384756%2B%2B48937928928

Won't this generate an error?
