Hi Folks, I am a new-bie as regards to setting SMS gateway. I want to build a site using which one can send SMS to any mobiles phone. I am a little confused as I have read that one can send message only through mobile phone using this gateway(Kannel). Can I use Kannel SMS Gateway for this purpose(Through site to mobile phone)?
