The Apache Kafka project and the Apache Software Foundation do not sell
licenses for Apache Kafka. Apache Kafka is distributed under the Apache
License 2.0 (https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). This is an
open source license that gives you quite some freedom.
Neither the Apache Kafka project nor the Apache Software Foundation
offer paid support. You can get free support on the user mailing list,
but providing support is on a voluntary basis.
There are a couple of companies out there that provide support for
Kafka, their own Kafka distributions for on-premise installations,
and/or Kafka as a cloud service.
Try to search for "kafka paid support" with your search engine of choice.
