Hi Yiannis, For the Strimzi Operator it might be best to ask in the Strimzi community as that is not part of the Apache Kafka project: https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator#getting-help ... in general, as of today, Strimzi supports the amd64, arm64, and s390x architectures. I know that support for ppc64le would be possible as it is supported in some commercial products based on Strimzi - but TBH I have no idea about the differences between ppc64le support and support for Power8, Power9, or Power10.
As for Kafka itself, it is similar. It should be possible to run it on ppc64le, but I'm not 100% sure if all the native binaries for ppc64le (again, no idea how ppc64le support differs from Power10 support) are part of the Apache Kafka binaries or if you would need to do some custom build. You would need to check the binaries. That said, I do not think there isn't any official support for it or any regular tests as part of the Apache Kafka project. As for the other components - I think Kafka Statefulset or Kafka Scala do not really exist. So not sure what exactly you meant by it.
