Hi, I recently updated my cluster to include rack-id in the server.properties file. I'm wondering if I need to run the partition reassignment and/or preferred replica leader election tools after doing this in order to spread data across my racks appropriately.
I'm on kafka version 0.10.0.1 Thanks
